Audi TT RS
By mikael Thursday November 1, 2007
You can question if this source is trustworthy or not, and they base their rumour on the fact that the tailpipe looks like the ones from the Audi A4 RS. Whether or not it’s true we will see, but many of us would love to see a 414bhp V8 in a Audi TT RS version.

Audi Q7 3.6 FSI hybrid
By mikael Tuesday October 30, 2007
Fourtittude had the opportunity to drive the Audi Q7 3.6 FSI hybrid the other day. The car is only a prototype so far but will hit the market during next year. The car does a 0-60 mph run in 7.4 seconds (0.8 seconds faster than the 3.6 FSI and 1 second faster than the Q7 3.0 TDI) and all this while giving you 24 miles per gallon.

By mikael Monday October 29, 2007
The Lexus LF-A was one of the most beautiful cars on the Tokyo Motor Show and the car is still up for a launch in 2009. The LF-A is the first true supercar from Lexus and it’s 5.0 litre V-10 enginge will produce steady 550 horse powers. Beatiful car – I love the lines…!

Honda S2000 Type S
By mikael Wednesday October 24, 2007
Another model that makes it debut on the Tokyo Motor Show is the beautiful Honda S2000 Type S. Tuningnews has published a nice gallery of 30 photos (not from the show though). The news with the Type-S is some new aerodynamics, the stiffer suspension and increased rigidity. The engine is the same 237 hp six-speed manual though.

Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera
By mikael Monday October 22, 2007
I wish I would have the opportunity to take a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera out for a spin, but at the moment I will have to settle with reading about somebody elses experience with the Lambo on the road. Car and Driver have just published a nice 5-page article, here are their highlights:
Wondrous engine note, engaging handling, sensational styling, fierce performance.

Ferrari F1 replica
By mikael Wednesday October 17, 2007
Too bad this Ferrari F1 replica is totally empty under the hood which means that you can’t drive it at all – but still, it would really cool to have a F1 car on your driveway. The asking price is £8,000 ($16,200 or €11,500)

Ford Shelby GT500 2008
By mikael Tuesday October 16, 2007
One of my favorite American cars for the last few years is the Ford Shelby GT500. The Garage Blog had the opportunity to take a Ford Shelby GT500 2008 edition to the tracks – and what a day they had! Too bad they didn’t have any videos to post, but it’s worth a read.
The final section in the car had to have been the highlight of the day. 135 mph on the bank of Pocono Raceway, 6 feet off the back bumper of the Viper GTS, watching the white 911 about 20 feet off my stern.

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione
By mikael Tuesday October 16, 2007
Autoweek managed to get another world’s first out of the door today – the world’s first drive of the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. This beautiful beast features a 460 hp 4.7-liter V8-powered coupe and will cost you 160,000 Euro, or $227,000. Looks kind of like a Maserati, doesn’t it?

Electric superbike from Vectrix
By mikael Monday October 15, 2007
This might just be a rumour but this electric scooter from Vectrix looks pretty interesting. According to the article over at Autoblog the bike can reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h), and has a range of 68 miles (110 kilometres) from its 125 Volt NiMH battery. It sure looks great -even though it’s a bit slow – don’t you think?
