The Mercedes-Benz E550 Coupe is a monster Mercedes featuring a 5.5-liter V-8 puming out quite impressive 382 bhp which gives this heavey car really good performance. Road & Track have taken this beast out for a spin.

Leftlanenews.com scored a couple of spy photos of the new Mercedes-Benz GLK with a bit less camouflage than the ones published this summer. The GLK is a smaller SUV that goes head to head with the BMW X3. 5 new spy photos after the jump (and 5 old ones).

Here’s another beauty to make your day – it’s the first official photo of the 6,3 liter powered Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG. No official specifications yet but now we know that it at least looks really good!

The ‘diamonds’ probably aren’t real, but it’s a quite eyecatching car anyway. The Mercedes SL is totally covered with stones and will most certainly give the driver a whole lot of attention.

The brittish magazine New Car Net have tried out the new Mercedes-Benz R-Class 320 CDI Sport – and they really like it:

“I could hoof it to somewhere without an extradition treaty and take the keys with me; then come back in three or four years’ time when the heat is off. I needn’t worry, in 2010 the R-Class will have lost none of its charm, and no doubt will still be the MPV that all the others want to be, when they grow up.”

The new Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG is a strong competitor to the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and other SUVs with a big engine and lots of bling bling. The ML63 AMG has got a 503 bhp engine which makes this big beauty race from 0 to 62 mph in 5.0 seconds(!). Car and driver.com have taken it out for a spin.

It would be interesting to see what would happen if the car manufacturers didn’t try to disguise the new models – I mean it’s quite easy to spot a new model nowadays, just be in the district and watch out for those subdued black painted cars with some plastic tape here and there. Next year it’s 50 years since the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster was introduced and to celebrate that Mercedes will produce a limited edition of the Mercedes-Benz SL550. Not any word on pricing yet, but it won’t be cheap.
