BMW Vision EfficientDynamics

The BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is a really cool concept that looks like something from a science fiction movie (remember the Audi concept from ‘I am Robot’?). And even though it’s capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and having a top speed 250 km/h it has a fuel consumption in the EU test cycle 3.76 litres/100 km. BMW’s ‘CLEVER’ concept

Perhaps you have heard about the ‘Clever’ concept before. If not, it’s a co-operation between the University of Bath and BMW to produce a small fuel-efficient vehicle for city driving. The concept is now completed and you can read all about it over at Leftlane news.

One of the most interesting concept cars shown at the Stockholm Motorshow 2006 was the Nissan Terranaut. It looks like it comes straight out of a science fiction movie. The Terranaut was first shown at the Geneva Motor Show in February. Pictures inside.

Yesterday it was the Koenigsegg CCX, and today it’s another Swedish super car (concept though) – the Saab Aero-X. The rumour says that it’s this car that Saab will unveil at the Geneva Motorshow on Monday 27th February.
